I hate my mind

I feel so alone. I want a best friend. :( I have no one to care for or care about me. I've never had a good friend. It never bugged me till lately and it's bugging me a lot. I feel like my own family quit caring as well. Is this growing up? If so I hate it and don't want it. The more I know the more I want to die. If anyone feels the same way I do and just wants someone to talk to who actually cares text me...678 983 1715...
I see more and more how people in this world work. They talk and care only when they want something from you, and when they dont need you anymore they dont give a shit and treat you like you don't exist. I've moved over 20 times, met so many different people, and yet I see the same shit from every person. Human nature sux. Humans are selfish. Most anyways. All the ones in my life. I'd like to know different for a change.
Anyways I dont use xanga much anymore bc the whole eating and weight loss depresses my thoughts even more. I think about it enough as it is, and going to a site to make me think about it more is really pathetic...

Oh goodness. Yesterday I mini binged. I really need to get my diet more balanced. I either have too much of this or too little of that. And I eat the same foods over and over. I'm thinking about seeing a nutritionist like once a month or something. One who is more about organic healthy foods. One that can tell me what I should eat, how much, based on my daily life and exercise plan. I am good on the exercise. Go to the gym twice a day and work out at work. But my eating is still so out of control. I mean I did self recover on MY OWN. Which takes so much longer and more work. It really is hard. Hardest thing I will ever have to deal with in my life. Takes time. I have good and bad days of course. I just want the mental part of the disorder GONE. I love eating healthy. I hate being around the binge trigger foods though. It's all I am around all day at work. It's so frustrating. Makes me want to binge and purge then starve 6 days straight. It reminds me of my old ways bc that is the food I used at that time to repeat that stupid sickening cycle.

New Plan Day Three

I can not believe how great I am doing. I am surprising myself haha.
Yesterday was awesome! And this morning I woke at 5 freakin AM and went to the gym.
I am loving my motivation. And there is a HUGE runway show coming up SUNDAY I just found out about today. I hope I can do it! I need to stick to this plan. It's awesome.
I am worried though bc I am going to my moms tonight and for the whole weekend and there is a wedding on Saturday. I will do my best to DANCE more than eat, after the wedding. ;)

Giseles body is perfection. She isn't sick skinny. She is so freakin toned and her fat is in all the right places with the right amount. I want her tummy in this pic!!!
Intake
[x]8:30am after gym at work: FiberOne apple cinnamon muffin and 6oz OJ and a few sips of coffee. 220 calories. (the muffin is only 160. :D)
[x]10:30am snack: Fruit. NEGATIVE CALORIES
[x]1pm Lunch: 16oz Odwalla Protien Drink. 440 calories (I have not been eating or drinking my protien like I was suppose to in this plan! oops! :p)
[]3pm snack: Fruit. NEGATIVE CALORIES
Then I must go home. Who knows what my mom has cooked up for me there. She lest me choose though so it will be ok. I will make sure to have LOTS of veggies and protein.

Usually I go to work in my sweat pants or gym clothes.
I might do more at home. We will see. At least I got a good work out in this morning.

[x]8:30am after run, at work: 1/2 cup organic fiber cereal and 1/3 cup silk milk. 160 calories
[x]10:30am snack: fruit bowl. NEGATIVE CALORIES
[x]12pm lunch: salad with veggies only, l tbsp lite ceaser dressing, and veggie pattie on top. 150 calories
[]4pm snack: 1 small green apple. NEGATIVE CALRIES
[]8pm after gym: Kashi Nutrigrain bar. 110 calories

Total= 450

Exercise

[x] 30 minutes of morning cardio. Ran up steep ass hill, and walked down, 5 times, and jogged around circle path 8 times.
[x] At Work: 50 crunches, 50 oblique leg lifts, 50 lower ab leg sciccors, 50 frog crunches, 50 doggie style leg pulse.
[]At gym: 30 minutes of cardio on treadmill or bike, or both...and more toning tba

NOW

New Plan Day One
First days. The hardest yet easiest. The pressure is on ten times more. If you screw up today, you are a failure. Yet the motivation and excitement, just because it’s new, makes it so much easier. What do you go with more, the fear of failing, or ignore that, and focus on the motivation and excitement. Aka the fun! I hope to focus on option dos!

Intake Plan
[x]5:45am Before Run: A cup of black coffee (I didn’t get a chance to buy bananas yet) 0 calories
[X]9am After Run at Work: 16 oz Odwalla Green Antioxident Smoothie. 240 calories
[X]11:30am Snack 1: Fruit Bowl- 1 banana & apple pieces. NEGATIVE CALORIES
[x]1pm Lunch: Salad- veggies only with 1tbsp organic light ceaser dressing. 35 cals for dressing
[x]4pm Snack 2: Fruit. NEGAVTIVE CALORIES
[x]8pm Dinner: Kashi Nutrigrain Bar. 110 calories

Total of 385 calories not including the fruits and veggies.

Outtake Plan
[x] 30 Minute Morning Run/Jog and 5 minute Stretch
[x] At work: 50 crunches, 50 oblique crunches, 50 squats, 50 lunges, 20 pushups, 50 oblique leg lifts, and as many standing leaning side to side to work oblique’s.
[x] Gym After Work: 30 minutes on bike, 20 pull up machine (2 sets), 25 inner thigh and outer hip machines (2 sets), and anything else I do extra TBA.

Burned around 800 calories.

This is my plan. Wish me luck. It is a perfect layout to lose weight. All I must do is DO IT exactly the way I have it laid out. And I shall succeed and be what I want to be.
