Intake Plan [x]5:45am Before Run: A cup of black coffee (I didn’t get a chance to buy bananas yet) 0 calories [X]9am After Run at Work: 16 oz Odwalla Green Antioxident Smoothie. 240 calories [X]11:30am Snack 1: Fruit Bowl- 1 banana & apple pieces. NEGATIVE CALORIES [x]1pm Lunch: Salad- veggies only with 1tbsp organic light ceaser dressing. 35 cals for dressing [x]4pm Snack 2: Fruit. NEGAVTIVE CALORIES [x]8pm Dinner: Kashi Nutrigrain Bar. 110 calories Total of 385 calories not including the fruits and veggies.

Outtake Plan [x] 30 Minute Morning Run/Jog and 5 minute Stretch [x] At work: 50 crunches, 50 oblique crunches, 50 squats, 50 lunges, 20 pushups, 50 oblique leg lifts, and as many standing leaning side to side to work oblique’s. [x] Gym After Work: 30 minutes on bike, 20 pull up machine (2 sets), 25 inner thigh and outer hip machines (2 sets), and anything else I do extra TBA. Burned around 800 calories.
